Imaclamp® - A Hygienic Sealing Sanitary Gasket are used to get sealing during fluid transfer at the piping systems in Biotech, Pharma, Food, Beverages and cosmetics process systems. It has been designed to seal the two surfaces of Tri clamp ferrules to prevent leakage during media transfers process.
It is also ideally used in CIP (Clean-in-place) & SIP (Steam-in-place) Process in biotech and pharmaceutical industries. Imaclamp® seals offers in wide range of Polymers such as Silicone, EPDM, FKM, PTFE and Nitrile with Lip (Flange) and without Lip (Flange) at the outer diameter surface. It is available in wide range of different types to fulfil the different process challenges which are Gaskets with Stainless Steel Mesh/Screen, Validation with Validation with Sensor Spore Trap Gaskets and Enveloped PTFE gaskets.
